Job Title: Occupational Therapist  (New Grads to Senior OTs) - Multiple Roles

Location: Community-based role in Melbourne 

Compensation: $80k – $110k FTE per year + Super + PD + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Job Description: 

We are seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for helping clients regain their ability to perform daily living tasks and work-related activities. You will work with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and with various diagnoses and conditions. You will use evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
  • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
  • Current Full AHPRA Registration (We will consider applicants with Limited AHPRA Registration in some cases)
  • Current Australian Driving License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
